Chief Executive Officer
Rodrigo Achigar
Rodrigo has been in the Cannabis industry for most part of the last decade. First, as Project Manager and R&D Specialist at Winter Garden Biosciences, and then as part of the founding team of Flextem Biopharma in 2018.
With a PhD in Biotechnology granted by UdelaR, he's a member of the Uruguayan National Research System and Co-Founder and Director of the Board of Enteria. Besides, he's a former Laboratory Coordinator and Professor of the Department of Biotechnology of ORT University.

Chief Legal and Financial Officer
Patricia Rodríguez
Patricia's been a part of the company from the start. She has over 20 years of experience in advising and handling corporate legal matters both at private and public traded companies.
She graduated with degrees of Attorney at Law and International Relations in UdelaR. She also has a Postgraduate Certificate in Administration and Management from Harvard Extension School by Harvard University.

Chief Operating Officer
María Fernanda Villota
María has over 15 years of experience working in emerging industries as a Technical & GXP Quality, Operations Director, R&D, Business Development, and EU-GPM certified inspector. Proven track record in innovative product, market, and business development in highly competitive and highly regulated international industries.
She graduated with a Master of Science degree in Process and Product Design in Chemical Engineering, and a bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, both from the Universidad de Los Andes in the Republic of Colombia.

This work area is conformed by Biotechnology Engineers, Agricultural Engineers, Chemical Engineers, Pharmaceutical Chemists and Medical Doctors, dedicated to improving processes and obtaining the best varieties and their derivatives, and acknowledging new products with high added value.
Cultivation and Harvest
This section has Biochemists, Master Growers, Agricultural Engineers and Specialized Personnel, with several years of experience in production of highly controlled indoor crops.
Post-harvest, Extraction and Formulation
In this area, we work with Biotechnology Engineers and Pharmaceutical Chemists, focused and specialized in obtaining extracts, cristalline isolates and pharmaceutical forms of different formulations.
