OUR PRODUCTIVE COMMITMENT

We establish high-level requirements with three main goals:
1. Every single batch of flowers, of each strain, has to be equal to its previous and its next, reaching an almost perfect standardization of its chemical profile, specially in terms of cannabinoids and terpenes.
2. The product’s safety must reach its maximum by minimizing the presence of potential contaminants (mainly microbiological contaminants which are hard to control under other production conditions).
3. The replicability of these results is guaranteed each time we expand our facilities and increase our production volume.
These elements are the core of the trust of those who use or recommend our products, whether they're pharmaceutical companies, scientific research groups, doctors, or patients.
To achieve this, it's necessary to develop all processes in "clean rooms", designed to guarantee a complete, stable, and uniform environmental control through the entire cycle.
WHAT WE DO
Cannabis flowers

Pharmaceutical grade cannabis flowers are intended for medical use and developed in close environments with controlled conditions and using cutting-edge methods specially adapted for these purposes.
Under these standards, we develop and produce varieties of differentiated chemical profiles in a standardized way, oriented to various medical and scientific applications.
Our system allows us to continuously produce with an equal end-to-end control and traceability conditions, creating a permanent stock of selected cultives.
This gives us the chance to meet both requirements of different clients and of our own extract lab, with a weekly release of batches of 70 kg. of pharmaceutical grade cannabis flowers.
Pharmaceutical grade derivatives

With the highest production conditions guaranteed, our Post-Harvest, Extraction and Formulation team develops, implements, and evaluates the flower's drying process and its derivatives' generation through supercritical CO2 extraction methods. Both the raw materials and the finished products include full-spectrum extracts, isolated main cannabinoids, and several pharmaceutical formulations' forms and presentations.
R&D+i

First stages in the Research, Development and Innovation area are focused both in study and selection of cultivars and the characterization of its chemical and genetic profiles.
As related to the flower's production, it seeks the optimization of plants' development conditions, through methods such as in-vitro cell crops, evaluations of new spectrums of lights, nutrients, air composition and other factors, aiming to enhance chemical profiles and improving standardization of resulting products.
Permanent interaction of R&D+I team with productive areas is a main pillar of our strategy of constant improvement and value-adding to the production of raw materials, APIs and other products.
OUR FACILITIES
The main characteristics in our work rooms are:
– Walls, doors, windows, equipment, lighting systems and water and air treatment with design and materials made to prevent accumulation of particles and other contaminants.
– High quality filtered air in all of our production facilities (Grade C according to EU-GMP or Class 7 according to ISO 14644).
– Permanent monitoring and control of key parameters like temperature, humidity, light density, presence of microorganisms, CO2 concentration, PH of the water, and nutrients.
– Validated cleaning and disinfection procedures for each space and process.
– Water from fertigation system, taken from drinking-water line and treated by reverse osmosis in order to eliminate any possible contaminant.
– Differential cascade air pressure in order to avoid both contaminants and entry of particles to any productive area.
– The flows of inputs, products, waste and also our staff follow strict procedures and are permanently supervised to minimize any risk.
– Workers comply with hygiene and clothing protocols established prior to entering the facilities or circulating between areas.
